Time-resolved flfluorescence immunoassay is a non-isotopic immunoassay technique, which uses lanthanide elements to label antigens or antibodies. Signal resolution can effectively eliminate the interference of non-specifific flfluorescence and greatly improve the analysis sensitivity.

Therefore, combining long-decay-life markers with time-resolved flfluorescence technology can minimize transient flfluorescence interference.
