Storage And Stability

1. Store the detector buffer at 2~30℃. The buffer is stable up to 18 months.

2. Store Aehealth Ferritin Rapid Quantitative test cassette at 2~30℃, shelf life is up to 18 months.

3. Test cassette should be used within 1 hour after opening the pack.

Troponin T (TNT) is a functional protein of striated muscle contraction. Although the function of TNT in all striated muscles is the same, TNT (myocardial TNT, molecular weight 39.7kd) in myocardium is significantly different from that in skeletal muscle. Cardiac TNT (cTnT) has high tissue specificity and is unique to the heart. It is a high sensitive marker of myocardial cell injury. In the case of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), serum troponin T levels increased 3-4 hours after the onset of cardiac symptoms, and continued to rise as high as 14 days. Troponin T is a predictor of acute coronary syndrome.
